how to get definition on my body?
i am strong i can bench 300 pounds i squat 350 but i want to get ripped new diet? weight lift more or what i want to get definition with a flat stomach then to move on to 6 pacs and what not any ideas
well the thing is i do football and they force me to do more and more weight i just started a diet and am losing 2.5 pounds a week so i think that with trying to run just about every other day so we will see if you can email me a diet plan it would be nice jamesakitchen@hotmail.com
Lifting heavy weights doesn’t get you ripped. It is a combination of weights with slow reps to include resistance and dietary changes. What you need is cardio exercise to burn fat that covers your muscles, keeping you from looking toned, combined with a lean protein diet. Don’t skip the carbs, just make sure you are eating smarter carbs- not crap like white bread, but whole wheat pastas.
Many peopel think that just lifting will give them the definition they want, but if the muscle has a thick layer of fat, you’ll never get the definition you are seeking. Quit lifting as much weight as you can, drop it 20% doing slower more focused reps and add in cardio!
