Daily Diet Menu

How much do you control your diet? Do you think this is normal?
I want to know how much does a normal person controls his/her diet, because I don’t know if I’m a healthy girl now, or I’m the same weight -obsessed girl that I was before.
Do you think is normal to have a record of everything you eat, just to be sure that you are eating an exact amount of calories? My nutriologist gave me a 1400 calories diet, and a daily menu, but I’m always tracking what I eat, and I hate when I notice that the menu she gave me has 10 or 20 calories more on it than the 1400 it is supposed to have ¬¬ (I check the calories of each food at least in 2 different websites/books/etc).
Am I crazy? Or do you think it’s healthy to do this?
OCD? No, the problem I have has a different name. ED, to be honest. But yes, makes you very very obsessed with the topic.
I def think you are going overboard you don’t have to worry that much…say one day you do eat a few to many calories u can just do a little extra work out. Life is to short to worry so much about what your eating
