Carbohydrates And Weight Loss

no complex carbs for two weeks? weight loss to expect?
I’m 5’7 and 70 kg which is 154lb I think.
I’m planning to cut out complex carbohydrates for two weeks to jump start my weight loss of 10-20lbs. I’ll be using the stepper and elliptical machine 40-60 minutes- 3-4 times a week.
My diet will mainly consist of fruit, vegetables, and protein (nuts, eggs, chicken, lamb…).
How much weight can I lose within 2 weeks?
Has anyone else tried this?
None. Complex carbohydrates does not interrupt or disturb weight loss in any way, so it wouldn’t help to remove them. Simple carbohydrates are different, though, as they are bad for insulin sensitivity and makes it difficult to use fat.
You also need complex carbohydrates for energy. So removing them would be a bad idea, as they don’t really serve as a threat of any kind.
