Cals Carbs

A shopping list for things without too much salt, fat, carbohydrates, CAL?
It will make a plan before my marriage, I try to reduce both as possible. Anything other than eating out salads and fruits?
Reduce your meat, I say get rid it, but go lower in fat and meat cuts with smaller portions. It definitely has a lot of vegetables, not just the salad. Fruit is not always good too. Minimize sugars, breads, pastas, potatoes, and everything that makes white flour. Be aware of your use of dressings, oils, May, butter, etc. Drink plenty of water (8 + glasses a day) I would also like add, use lots of spices, hot sauce, herbs. Make lots of flavor from them, but no or few calories.
