Diet Pill: Phentermine problems. Is this normal?

I’m on day 3 and feel sluggish, bloated, my stomach has hurt the whole time, and I’m light-headed. (No fever or diarrhea) I stopped my caffeine use 3 days ago per doctor’s orders and have taken a few tylenol when the withdrawal headaches get too bad.

But why am I not experiencing the sleeplessness, busy-feelings associated with this weight loss pill? I know I’m going through caffeine withdrawals but surely I’d feel more alert than this. Is something not right? Did I get duds? Or should I give them more time to work? and more time for my body to get used to them?

I don’t take medicines or pills as a general rule. This is a first for me other than birth control, tylenol, and an occassional antibiotic so I don’t really know what’s normal and what’s not.

Any experience or knowledge of this pill is welcome.

there are some people who can take a pill and it will do exactly what the pill is supposed to do….i.e. when i take stackers (for energy) i will get the initial jittery feeling if i did not eat with it but after about half an hour i feel fine but have the energy boost i am looking for…..there are other people who can take this pill and it will have the total opposite affect on them….also dosage can cause this (i can take percocet for pain and it will knock me on my butt but my boyfriend can take it and he will ping off the walls)….its not a side effect from the pill per se and it doesnt necessarily mean that the pills are duds….it could just mean that your body reacts differently to this pill than what it intended….and could also mean that you may have to find an alternative to this pill to see if your body reacts properly to it
