Has anyone done the HCG diet?
I’m not asking for people to tell me this is unhealthy or stupid, because I know it isnt. Ive seen people use it and have good results, and the idea behind it is logical which is why doctors can prescribe it. I have been on it for the last 4 days, saturday and sunday were the loading days and monday and tuesday i have been following the diet perfectly with the injections. I bought a new scale on monday and it told me i was at 220. Tuesday i used it and it fluctuated between 218 and 219 throughout the day. this morning i checked it right when i got up and it said 220. Now do i just need to wait for this stuff to actually kick in? bad scale? Only answer this if you’ve had experience with this diet. thanks
found u a diet review on HCG that helped me decide about HCG; it’s unbiased; not selling HCG etc…but kind of against it.
