Whats the best gym routine for weight loss?

I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what i can do to stick to a goo routine. I have finally step foot into a gym and am on a journey to loose some weight Im not in the best shape of my life as i was but thats that i weigh 235lbs and im 23yrs old and im 5’5 not the best match right but if anyone can help by giving me a serious gym routine no matter how intese it may be i will stick to it as long as it shows me some results .

Hey, that’s so great you want to take the steps to get healthy, and look better! =)

I would start off doing 3 days a week of cardio and weight training, because you want to ease into it. You can’t start to do everything all at once, because it just won’t work.

For the first month would do 3 days a week of:
20 minutes cardio (stair stepping, walk/running, eliptical training ext.) Go at a pace that gets your heart rate up, but you can handle. YOu want to feel the burn, but you don’t want to over do it so that you can’t breath or feel nauseous.
Then do a wait training cercit and 50-100 sit ups (what ever you can handle)
Then do 30 minutes more of cario.
If you do this 3 times per week you will notice someseriousedifferencess within a month!! AND if you include diet you will for sure notice weight loss.

For the Next month, bring it up to 4 times per week, and for the third month work out 5 times per week.

I’m a student in fitness and health promotion, and I think if you really stuck to a program similar to this you will notice some seriouse differnces!
