Balanced Diet Notes

What is a healthy diet?
My diet is currently unhealthy, and I owe it to myself to change that before it causes a problem (I’m young now so I can handle the abuse). How do I turn my diet around and make it healthy? What do you need daily in order to have a healthy diet?
Note: I’m not really trying to lose weight, I just want a nice, balanced diet!

stop eating a lot of flour eat whole grain bread cereal pasta everything that u can get n whole wheat insteead of flour read the ingredients sometimes it says whole wheat or whole grain but still contains flour fruits and veggies obviously not a lot of sweets and dont drink soda or a lot of juice drink a lot of water!!!!! what else basically if u read the ingredients and most of them u dont understand or cant read think twice about eating it hmm…. let me think i mean u can still eat like sweets and stuff just dont do it often your body still needs some kind of fat oh also make sure u eat alot of protien !!! and vitamins lie taking a multi vitamin will help oh and low fat dairy drink 1% milk or skim everything dairy get low fat eat a lot of dairy also u need it so yeah just get everything n lite and fat free also just about everything comes with that option i hope this helped
