I started doing the Atkins diet, but healthy food is so expensive!?
Does anyone have any good recipes for Low Carb diets on a tight budget? I’m sooooo burned out from Salads and wraps! I have ate them all!
No way around it. Good food is expensive and bad food is cheap. Saddly, this is why America is a fat nation…we are all to poor to be thin. Good luck!
The cheapest thing I can suggest is to go vegetarian and learn to cook some of the healthy ethnic style foods like hoummus and the like. Develop an exercise program that works for you. And most important drink healthy amounts of water. I’ve never seen a fat bike rider or runner…become one.
