Atkins Diet Best Foods

What are the best diet and vegetarian foods?
OK, I've tried almost everything on the Atkins diet. Although I became a vegetarian is and have lost ten pounds diet easy, but I have to lose, and I'm working on a low budget. Whatever help would be greatly appreciated.
